Indulge in the extraordinary culinary journey led by the experienced and award-winning Chef Aaron J Perez, a triumphant participant of the Cutthroat Kitchen TV show on Food Network. Raised in Boyle Heights, Chef Perez is a distinguished graduate of Bishop Mora Salesian High School and the Le Cordon Bleu School of the Culinary Arts.

 

As a proud member of the American Culinary Federation, he is the visionary founder and owner of VAKA Burger. Chef Perez's culinary expertise spans across renowned establishments like the Food Network, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Cachette, Rivera, and Providence. Collaborating with culinary luminaries like Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay, Cat Cora, and Gordon Ramsay, Chef Perez continues to redefine the culinary landscape with innovation and passion.

Sumant Pardal - A Culinary Explorer with Three Decades of Experience

With an impressive culinary career spanning over 30 years, Sumant Pardal brings a wealth of experience to our team. From owning and operating restaurants in Asia and the United States to leading one of LA's most famous food truck enterprises and catering companies, India Jones, Sumant's culinary prowess is evident in every dish. His commitment to culinary excellence is a testament to his success and the diverse flavors he introduces to our culinary repertoire.

Dino Pantazis - A Culinary Visionary with a Rich Legacy

Boasting over 25 years in the restaurant and food production business, Dino Pantazis is a seasoned professional in the culinary world. With ownership of six restaurants and five years spent in Shanghai managing a food production facility, Dino's expertise is both vast and varied.

 

Currently, as the second-generation owner of Dino's Burgers, an iconic fast-food establishment serving the community for 55 years, Dino's commitment to culinary tradition and innovation is unwavering.

Our Culinary Impact & Community Outreach

Operating from three facilities in the Los Angeles area and two more in Orange County, our team has served over 55,000 meals to 15 shelters and temporary housing facilities.

We are the largest food provider for the non-profit PATH in LA and OC, our robust logistics team ensures the seamless delivery of hot, flavorful meals to clients throughout Southern California. Engaging with initiatives such as Project Room Key and the Inside Safe initiative, we continue to make a difference by providing nourishing meals when and where they are needed most.

Our commitment to community welfare is further exemplified by our extensive work during the pandemic lockdowns, where we were contracted by the city of Los Angeles and FEMA for 51 weeks, providing 4,000 meals per week to seniors unable to leave their homes.

In addition to our community-focused endeavors, we cater to a diverse range of events, both public and private, accommodating various dietary restrictions. Our dedication to offering exceptional food at competitive prices remains at the forefront of our mission.
